FOR April Days of Observance

I am hoping to see some of your best SPRING lesson plans, activities, craftivities, books, music, dances, etc. Basically anything to do with spring. If your idea is accepted and goes into the Spring Lesson Plan Lineup Book, YOU GET A FREE COPY!!. Some of the activities that I have found are: crosswords, word finds, coloring pictures, various spring celebrations across the world, coloring sheets, math, vocabulary and games.

I am posting some of the Easter freebies in the "Freebies" section today so that you might be able to use them this year. They are in PDF format. Please be sure you have a program to open them.  Easter is only one of the items that can be included in the Spring Lesson Line Up, remember there is also Earth Day, May Day, El Cinco de Mayo or check the www.brownielocks.com/April http://www.brownielocks.com/april list of April Observances. You may find something interesting and worthwhile there.  Brownielock's has so many observance days. I have amended Brownielock's list in order to suggest days which may be appropriate for students' attention.
