 This is a fun flashlight that is situated at the base of a koozie. The light reflects throught the water lighting up an entire area.  The lights have four settings red, blue, green and flashing red.  It will "light" up any party.  For me I like to use it with my water bottle in bed at night. It makes it very easy to find in the dark. When the power is out, it is now another light source.  The light is powered by batteries.
