Flakey Coconut

CORAL BEACH COCONUT FLAKES

Amazon has a "pantry" section where people can buy grocery store items in bulk. Roundey Supply stocks coconut flakes in this pantry. I got a bag of two pounds of wonderful, sweetened coconut flakes. Why? two pounds? The holidays are around the corner and I'll need "snow" for my gingerbread houses, my macaroons and my coconut chocolate bars!  Roundey's coconut is fresh, sweet, soft, flakey. You will be tempted to heat it by the handful!

The seller says:
 Product Description
Marx Brothers Coral Bay Snow Flake Coconut 2 Pound  is great to have handy in the kitchen at home or in other foodservice operations. Flake coconut is the preferred cut for the grocery and foodservice markets. With a taste profile ranging from sweet to savory, flake is the most popular cut of sweetened coconut. This product is gluten free and kosher.
