Morning Magic

Morning Magic #1 From the Everyday Magic Series by Giles Smith, Illustrated by Milena Salieri

This is the first in a series of books designed to increase a child's interest in reading. It is written in rhyme and is about Emily, a little girl who is going to a school where she learns spells, potions and the like. Her most difficult issue is that she is learning to read and has a hard time reading the spells correctly so they come out as wished.

We follow Emily through her morning as she tries to get dressed using spells. It turns hilarious with shoes on her ears and pants on her head! She does get dressed and goes to school by riding her broom to learn reading -- and potions and spells.

Emily Reading

It's a wonderful book and the author promises more books.  The author is also working on other materials to be launched designed to expand a child's sight words vocabulary, e-books, book apps, personalized books where the child reading becomes the hero--all designed to develop a child's passion for reading.  You can find this book and more at http://www.spellbinding.com.au

I received this book as a gift in exchange for my honest review. You can get this book at http://www.amazon.com/dp/0994230303/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&keywords=childrens+books
