Awwwww, OOOOO, Feels So Good on Me

Aiking Feet!

Teachers, you are on your feet almost all day. You are walking the aisles between desks. You are standing in front of the board or writing on it. You run to the office and back. You stand during recess duty and dismissal. When do you get to sit? Maybe you sit when you read a book to your students and driving your car on the way home. Then, at home, you're on your feet again! Shopping for dinner, gathering teaching supplies for the next day, making dinner, doing dishes, during your aerobic walk, during your shower--standing, and then to bed. Hopefully, you don't sleep-walk or you will be on your feet again!

Massaging with the Roller

YOURSELF an HealPT Foot Roller and Porcupine Massage Ball! Since I got this set, my feet have been feeling so very good. Every night, along with my exercise
routine, I roll my feet on the the wooden roller. I find first they ache, then they itch, then they feel really, really great!

If there is a part that still feels especially aching, I use the porcupine ball. First it feels very odd, even difficult to keep the porcupine ball rolling over my feet. Then it gets better as the foot muscles start to
relax. Sometimes I soak my feet before or after the massage. It makes my feet feel like new!

The seller, HealPt says:
