Dead Sea Salt
I just got a huge bag of Dead Sea Salt. What am I going to do with it? I'm going to make Bath Salts for my friends. Bath Salts help to draw out the inflammation and fluids so your muscle is not as sore as it was. It is helpful to do so especially when you overuse your muscles: feet, arms, thighs, calves etc. The minerals in the salts are good for the skin, for exfoliation and Arthritis!! Who knew!!?
I have put my salts in a wooden bowl with shells for easy dipping and measuring into my bath. It also adds a nice home decoration.
